Ingredients:
5 egg whites
1/2 t. vanilla
4 packets Splenda
Molly McButter
Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Spray PAM or other non-fat cooking spray into fry pan and let it heat up.
2. Crack and separate eggs and put 5 whites into a bowl
3. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
4. Beat mixture with a wire wisk for about 30 seconds and pour into hot fry pan.
5. When bottom of omlette is brown, fold in half and flip as you would any omlette. Leave in pan until fully cooked.
6. Put omlette on plate and immediately sprinkle with Molly McButter. Then take an additional packet of Splenda and sprinkle on top of omlette and around the sides for dipping.
