Ingredients:
3 oz. of oatmeal
2 scoops Next Level Chocolate Protein
4 packets of Splenda or sugar substitute
1.25c water
Directions:
1. Mix the oatmeal with water and cook in microwave until oats are soft.
2. Let cool 5 minutes.
3. Stir in protein (2 scoops for men and one for women)
If oatmeal is too dry, add more water gradually and stir in.
