Ingredients:
1 1/4c. oatmeal
2T cinnamon
1/2c. Splenda
1 Packet sugar free apple cider
1 scoop Next Level Sour Apple Protein
1T. Vanilla Extract
12 egg whites
9T. Sugar free Apricot jelly
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the ingredients in a blender. Blend well then pour evenly into a 12 muffin pan sprayed with non stick spray.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Let cool 5 minutes
5. Spread peanut butter on top for icing.
If you plan to eat them on the go, they are awesome cold, and with or without peanut butter. Enjoy!
